| In-radius Distributed Operations & Maintenance Services ...continued Scope of Services In-radius is envisioned to supplement the carrier and manufacturer's service solution with in-market technical resource to perform field based O&M functions. Typically, both the carrier and the manufacturer have fully functional network monitoring and operations control centers overseeing the real time performance of the network. To perform routine scheduled O&M functions on network elements, technical staff deployed in the local market may systematically approach O&M functions as normal operating procedures. These routine functions include: Preventative Maintenance: | AC/DC power systems verification | | HVAC systems verification | | Controlled environment systems verification
 | | Grounding and utility systems verification | | Alarm systems and controls verification | | Property and Plant inspections | | Dehydrator and Pressurization systems verification | | General grounds maintenance | | Compliance documentation | Routine maintenance: | Antenna systems maintenance
 | | Transmitter systems maintenance
 | | Receiver system maintenance | | Interconnect systems maintenance | | Control systems maintenance | | Alarm systems maintenance | | Power systems maintenance | | Quality Control | | Systems optimization | | | Intervention maintenance: | Failed module replacement
 | | Fault isolation
 | | Revision upgrades | | Plug-n-play expansion | Work order process In-radius interfaces with carrier and manufacturer control groups through an e-commerce platform connecting operations control with dispatch and technical assistance. Operations control will generate site specific work orders as required via an electronic interface SQL database. In-radius dispatch will accept and process work orders and will monitor the service request through completion. Completed work orders will be cleared with operations control electronically and a permanent record of all activity will be recorded and stored on-line for future reference. Completed work orders will be processed through individualized billing records. Periodically, operations control will authorize completed work orders for payment. Once authorized, the appropriate client accounting departments will retrieve billing statements electronically for payment processing. Electronic bank transfers will facilitate payment for services performed. All work order and billing statement records will be maintained on-line to support a comprehensive interactive In-radius reporting system. Using HTML format, any authorized personnel with appropriate security access may poll the reporting system for information. Summary statistical reports will be generated and available using a standard Internet browser from the desktop. Additionally, the user may query the database for custom reports as required. Server applications may be located on customer premise for maximum security. In-radius systems will post information to the client server continuously. |
