ORDER INFORMATION You are only a few steps away from great photographs! Our photograph restoration process can be explained in a few simple steps, outlined below.
Nervous about sending your originals through the mail? We have never had a problem with client's work getting lost or damaged unless the packaging was inadequate. Registered Mail, UPS, and USPS are very safe means of shipping because the packages can be tracked with a tracking number available at the time of shipment. If you are sending photographs, always include at the very least one piece of cardboard (better yet two pieces). If the photo is mounted on mount board, this will not provide adequate protection. If you are sending anything with glass, you should wrap it horizontally with bubble packing and then wrap another layer of bubble wrap vertically. This should then be placed in a box filled with Styrofoam peanuts. This method will offer maximum protection without adding much to the weight. Whichever method of shipping you chose, we would suggest to take the standard package insurance that the shipping company offers for free. If the package should get lost, they will only pay what the package (your photograph) is worth, not what it's value is to you. We recommend that you spend a few extra dollars for a reputable shipping company. * Your photograph restoration/project will be returned to you in a timely manner. We will give you an estimated time frame when we provide you with our quote on the requested service(s). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
