We at Ferguson Foto Finishing do not duplicate copyright material.
Where photographs have a copyright symbol (©), it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a Release Waiver signed by the photographer. This will allow the customer to have the photograph: duplicated / restored / altered / copied. A copy of the photographers signed Release Waiver must be included when placing an order with Ferguson Foto Finishing.
hotels SofiaWhere photographs have a copyright symbol, and the photographer is either no longer alive or cannot be located, then the customer must provide a signed statement indicating that they could not locate the photographer, and that they will be solely responsible for photographs that are to be: duplicated / restored / altered / copied. A copy of the customer's signed statement must be included when placing an order with Ferguson Foto Finishing.
France accommodationAt no time will Ferguson Foto Finishing be responsible for copyright infringement.
You may have noticed that all of the photographs pictured at Ferguson Foto Finishing are watermarked with "© Ferguson Foto Finishing". This process protects the owner of the photograph. We watermark all of our client's work until they are completely satisfied with the work. Once our client is 100% satisfied with the work, we remove the watermark, and then deliver the finished product per the client's directions.
